Jason J. Czarnezki is the Dean and Professor of Law at the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology. He previously served as Associate Dean of Environmental Law Programs at Pace University’s Elisabeth Haub School of Law, where he elevated its Environmental Law Program to a #1 national ranking. His academic roles include visiting professorships at Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies and DePaul University College of Law. He holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Law from Uppsala University (2019), a J.D. (2003) and B.A. (2000) from the University of Chicago.
