Jason Iuliano

Jason Iuliano is a Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, focusing on bankruptcy, federalism, and consumer protection. His research examines critical legal questions surrounding student loan debt and constitutional separation of powers. With a Ph.D. in Politics from Princeton University and J.D. from Harvard Law School, he has published extensively on systemic legal challenges.

His scholarship addresses pressing issues including bankruptcy gaps in education financing, constitutional interpretations of judicial power, and consumer rights frameworks. Recent work analyzes Title IX reforms through probabilistic modeling and intrinsic valuation in federal loan systems.
