Jason Gigley

Dr. Jason Gigley is a Professor in the Department of Molecular Biology at the University of Wyoming. His research investigates molecular mechanisms of cellular immunity, with emphasis on Toxoplasma gondii infections, NK cell regulation, and parasite-driven immune dysfunction. The Gigley Lab employs genetic, immunological, and biochemical approaches to study host-pathogen interactions and develop immunotherapies.

His publications focus on T cell exhaustion pathways, dendritic cell biology, checkpoint blockade interventions, and vaccine development against parasitic diseases.
