Dr. Jason D. Bakos is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of South Carolina's Molinaroli College of Engineering and Computing. His research focuses on high-performance domain-specific architectures, including reconfigurable computing, embedded systems, and machine learning acceleration. He has held academic positions since 2005, progressing from Assistant to Associate Professor before becoming a full Professor in 2017.
