Jared Franzman

Jared Franzman is a Physician Assistant working with the Yale Addiction Medicine Consult Service and serving as Clinical Advisor for the SUSTAIN APP Addiction Medicine Fellowship at Yale School of Medicine. He provides addiction treatment for hospitalized patients at Yale New Haven Hospital and offers clinical education and mentorship to Advanced Practice Provider fellows.
