Jarbel Rodriguez

Professor Jarbel Rodriguez is a historian of Medieval Europe at San Francisco State University's Department of History within the College of Liberal & Creative Arts. Specializing in Muslim-Christian relations in the Crown of Aragon, his research explores interfaith dynamics, historical soundscapes, and captivity narratives. He holds a Ph.D. from Princeton University (2001) after prior degrees from the University of Miami and Princeton.
