Janusz Klink, PhD, is a researcher at the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Department of Telecommunications and Teleinformatics, Wrocław University of Science and Technology. His work focuses on telecommunications, with a emphasis on Quality of Service (QoS), Quality of Experience (QoE), and network dimensioning.
Research interests include video streaming optimization, mobile network performance, and Internet access service management.
