Janusz Iskra

Prof. Dr. Hab. Janusz Iskra is a faculty member at the Department of Individual Sports, Jerzy Kukuczka Academy of Physical Education in Katowice. He holds the rank of Professor and has been actively involved in academic activities since at least 2015. His teaching responsibilities include courses such as "Training Methods and Means," "Health Training Programming," and "Theoretical Foundations of Individual Sports." He has led numerous seminars and lectures across undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs, focusing on sports science, physical recreation, and athletic preparation. His research interests revolve around motor preparation in individual sports, athletics instruction, and the application of physical activity in health prevention. He currently works at Kosciuszki 84, 40-519 Katowice, room 112b.
