Janus Mortensen is a Professor of Multilingualism and Language Policy at the Centre for Internationalisation and Parallel Language Use (CIP), University of Copenhagen. His research focuses on English as a lingua franca, language policy in transient social configurations, sociolinguistic change, and digital humanities.
