Janice Sanchez

Janice Sanchez is Research Fellow and Adjunct Lecturer at UCL School of Management. She holds a PhD in Experimental Psychology from Oxford and applies psychological principles to organizational behavior, with certificates in mediation and cognitive behavioral coaching.

Research examines emotion prediction in social contexts, including affective forecasting, emotion beliefs, and vicarious emotional responses. Secondary interests include social cognition and creativity assessment in collaborative environments.

Publications focus on emotional processes in decision-making, creativity attribution, and interpersonal dynamics, employing experimental and observational methodologies.

Teaching includes Organizational Behavior and Behavioral Science, drawing from industry experience at Facebook and UCLA's Families OverComing Under Stress program.
