Janet Bauer serves as Professor of International Studies at Trinity College, Hartford, with prior leadership as Coordinator of Global Studies and Director of the Women, Gender and Sexuality Program. She contributes externally as a member of Hartford's Commission on Refugee and Immigrant Affairs and completed a Visiting Fulbright Global Scholar residency (2017-2018) at the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Religious and Ethnic Diversity.
