Dr. Jane Zhu is an Associate Professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Mayo Clinic, with a joint appointment in Molecular Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics. She leads a laboratory focused on neuroblastoma pathogenesis, tumor metastasis, and phosphatase signaling in cancers. Her work uses functional genomics and zebrafish models to translate genetic findings into therapies. Dr. Zhu holds a MD/Pediatrics from Norman Bethune University of Medical Sciences and a PhD in Cell Signaling and Developmental Biology from National University of Singapore. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Cancer Biology at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/Harvard Medical School.
