Jane Suiter is a Professor in the School of Communications at Dublin City University and director of DCU’s Institute for Future Media, Democracy and Society. Her research focuses on the information environment in the public sphere, particularly on scaling deliberation and combating disinformation.
Her work examines deliberative democracy, media systems, and digital governance. She leads major interdisciplinary projects funded by the European Commission, including the H2020-EUComMeet deliverable and the multimillion-euro H2020 ICT28 Provenance and JOLT initiatives.
