Jane E. Rueger

Jane E. Rueger serves as a Professorial Lecturer in Law at The George Washington University Law School, leveraging nearly two decades of private practice expertise in energy markets, transactions, and regulation. She actively contributes to the GW Law Energy Law Advisory Council and previously held the presidency of the Energy Bar Association (2020-2021).

Currently practicing at Perkins Coie LLP, Ms. Rueger bridges academic instruction with active representation in energy mergers, project financings, and regulatory proceedings, maintaining direct engagement with evolving industry challenges.
