Jane Chang

Dr. Jane Chang serves as an Honorary Research Fellow at the Brunel Business School within Brunel University London's College of Business, Arts and Social Sciences, focusing on strategic research at the intersection of business and societal impact.

Her research expertise centers on:

• Social Value Creation: Developing frameworks for quantifying societal benefits generated by organizational activities
• Social Impact Strategy: Designing business models that intentionally drive measurable positive change
• Strategic CSR Integration: Embedding corporate social responsibility into core business operations for sustainable value creation
