Jane Castillón

Jane Castillón is an Adjunct Professor at Pacifica Graduate Institute, where she teaches courses in Career Development, Human Sexuality, Psychological Assessment, and Psychopharmacology. She also emphasizes multicultural awareness and supervision in her academic contributions. Currently employed full-time as a Disabilities Specialist at UC Santa Barbara, she supports students with mental health-related disabilities.

Her educational background includes B.A. degrees in Spanish and Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine, followed by an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, where she is also a doctoral candidate. Prior to her current roles, she contributed to NIMH-sponsored research supporting the Human Genome Project while working across multiple UC campuses (UCLA, UCSD, UC Irvine).
