Jane Carr-Wilkinson

Jane Carr-Wilkinson is a Senior Lecturer in Pathology at the University of Sunderland's School of Medicine, specializing in neuroblastoma research and stem cell modeling. She leads phase one MBChB Medicine curriculum components in physiology and pathophysiology while contributing to international collaborative teaching initiatives as PVC Learning and Teaching Fellow in Transnational Education.

Her research program investigates neuroblastoma pathogenesis through human pluripotent stem cell differentiation to neural crest cells, focusing on the molecular interplay between development and cancer initiation.
