Janay R Young

Dr. Janay R Young is an Assistant Clinical Professor and Member of the Graduate Faculty at the University of Arizona's Nursing department. She holds dual board certifications as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), with over 19 years of clinical experience in mental health, trauma care, and integrative medicine.

Dr. Young specializes in integrative approaches to trauma, PTSD, and substance use disorders, particularly in underserved communities. She has presented at local and state conferences on integrative trauma management.
