Jan Trzaskowski is a Professor at the Department of Law within The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Aalborg University. His research focuses on digital privacy law, platform regulation, and GDPR compliance. He is actively involved in interdisciplinary initiatives such as the MASSHINE network (Mission: Improved Wellbeing Among Children And Youth In Denmark) and the SSH Children and Youth Research Network.
Trzaskowski's work addresses modern legal challenges in the digital era, including generative AI regulation, dark patterns in consumer interfaces, and ethical synthetic data usage.
