Jan Fryczak

Jan Fryczak is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Management within the Faculty of Organization and Management at Lodz University of Technology. He serves as the Program Director for the Master's Program in Management (2023/24). His roles include leading the NCN Grant project titled 'Strategies of Industrial Enterprises Facing External Shocks: A Big Data Perspective' (Grant No. 2022/45/N/HS4/01658) and acting as an Expert in the KRC - Digital Development Clubs project focusing on educational materials and vlog production. He was also an Educator in the PAKT project (2022/23), a digital technology workshop laboratory at Zatoce Sportu PŁ, and previously held an NCN Scholarship for the project 'Evolution of Corporate Reporting Language: Computer-Based Text Analysis' (Grant No. 2019/35/B/HS4/03800, 2020/21).

His research interests center on strategic management, industrial enterprise strategies under external shocks, and the application of Big Data and computational methods in analyzing corporate reporting. He has contributed to projects bridging academic research with practical digital education initiatives.
