Jan Fryczak is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Management within the Faculty of Organization and Management at Lodz University of Technology. He serves as the Program Director for the Master's Program in Management (2023/24). His roles include leading the NCN Grant project titled 'Strategies of Industrial Enterprises Facing External Shocks: A Big Data Perspective' (Grant No. 2022/45/N/HS4/01658) and acting as an Expert in the KRC - Digital Development Clubs project focusing on educational materials and vlog production.
