Prof. Dr. Jan C. Schuhr is a Professor and Chair of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law, Medical Law, and Legal Philosophy at Heidelberg University's Faculty of Law. He leads the Institute for German, European and International Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law, and co-directs the IMGB Institute for Medical Law. His academic career includes habilitation (2015), roles as acting professor (2015–2017), and directorships since 2017.
