Jamie S. Davidson

Assoc Prof Jamie S. Davidson is a Research Leader at the Asia Research Institute (ARI) and a faculty member in the Department of Political Science at the National University of Singapore. He commenced a joint appointment with ARI and NUS on 1 July 2021, previously leading ARI's Identities Cluster. His research focuses on Southeast Asian politics, particularly Indonesia, with expertise in ethnic violence, indigenous activism, law and society, infrastructure, democratization, and rice politics.
