Suliburk is an Associate Professor and Chief of Endocrine Surgery - Surgical Oncology at Baylor College of Medicine, where he also serves as Medical Director of Ambulatory Surgery Therapeutics (CfAST) in the Department of Surgery and as a member of the Dan L Duncan Comprehensive Cancer Center.
