James Toner is a PhD researcher at the University of Sheffield's School of Information, Journalism and Communication. He concurrently serves as Head of Learning and Information Services for a multinational education provider in China. Previously, he held a Visiting Lecturer position at University College London Qatar, teaching their MA Library and Information Studies Programme.
