Dr. James Todesca is an Associate Professor of History at Georgia Southern University’s Armstrong campus, affiliated with the College of Arts and Humanities and the Department of History since 2004. His research focuses on the institutional and economic development of Europe and the Mediterranean between 1000 and 1350, with a particular emphasis on medieval Spain and Castile-León. He teaches upper-division courses including Medieval Spain, Topics in European History, and The Middle Ages.
