James Schombert

James Schombert is a Professor in the Department of Physics at the University of Oregon, affiliated with the College of Arts and Sciences. He is also part of the College Scholars program and the Institute for Fundamental Science. Schombert has been at the University of Oregon since 1996 and holds a Ph.D. from Yale University (1984). His research focuses on observational cosmology, dark matter, galaxy evolution, and experimental astrophysics.
