Dr James Rodgers is an Associate Professor in International Journalism at City, University of London. Since 2022, he serves as Programme Director for the BA Journalism, Politics and History, teaching MA International Journalism (International News) and BA Journalism (Reporting Conflict). He supervises PhD students with a focus on Russia, the former Soviet Union, and the Middle East, emphasizing historical influences on contemporary reporting.
