James Rashan

James Rashan is a Lecturer in Business Communication at the University of Arizona, affiliated with the McClelland Hall 210Y location. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and an MBA from Eller, and is pursuing a PhD in Higher Education to become a three-time Wildcat. His career includes a prior role as Director of the Eller Full-Time MBA Program and over a decade of leadership in media as Director of Distribution and Circulation at The Arizona Daily Star.

Research interests include applied leadership, business communication pedagogy, and higher education administration. His industry experience bridges academia and practical leadership across diverse sectors.
