James Phillips is a Professor in the Department of Management & Leadership at the C. T. Bauer College of Business, University of Houston, where he has been affiliated since 1980. He served as Department Chairperson from 1999 to 2007 and again from October 2012 to May 2015, and directed the Bauer College's Ph.D. programs.
