James Park is a Professor of Law and Vice Dean for Community, Equality and Justice at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law since 2013. He holds a B.A. from Miami University (1996) and a J.D. from Yale University (2000). His academic career includes clerkships with federal judges in the Southern District of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, followed by legal practice at a New York law firm and service as Assistant Attorney General in New York's Investor Protection Bureau.
