James Milner is Professor of Political Science at Carleton University and Project Director of SSHRC-funded LERRN (Local Engagement Refugee Research Network). He holds degrees from the University of Toronto (BA) and University of Oxford (MPhil, DPhil). Additional roles include Director of Migration and Diaspora Studies and Canada's De Mello Chair.
