James M. Brophy

James M. Brophy is the Francis H. Squire Professor of History at the University of Delaware, specializing in modern European history with a focus on the social and political history of 19th-century Germany. He holds a B.A. from Vassar College, graduate training at Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen, and a Ph.D. from Indiana University.
