James Lloyd

James Lloyd is a Lecturer in Professional Design Practice at the University of Reading's Department of Typography & Graphic Communication. He serves as Director of Teaching & Learning, Module Convenor for courses including Type & Typography, User Experience Design, and Professional Practice, and holds additional responsibilities as Undergraduate Admissions Tutor, Examinations Officer, and Part 1 Year Tutor.

His professional practice focuses on bridging design theory and real-world application through initiatives like the Real Jobs scheme. He maintains strong connections with alumni and industry professionals to enhance student career readiness.
