James Harrold

James Harrold is an Instructor at the School of Public Administration, University of Nebraska at Omaha. He holds a PhD in Public Administration from UNO, alongside an MPA, MS in Logistics Management from Air Force Institute of Technology, and BS in Geography from UNO. His teaching focuses on Policy Analysis, the Founding Era in Public Administration, and Intergovernmental Relationships.
