James H. Edgar

James H. Edgar is a University Distinguished Professor and the Tom H. Barrett University Faculty Chair in Chemical Engineering at Kansas State University. He has held academic roles since 1988, serving as Department Head from 2009 to 2022. His research focuses on semiconductor processing, including wide band gap semiconductors like III nitrides and boron compounds, advancing applications in energy-efficient electronics and photonics.
