James Gerber

James Gerber serves as an Adjunct Professor in the College of Health Sciences at the University of Bridgeport. He recently retired from his position as Associate Professor of Clinical Sciences at the University of Western States, where he concurrently held adjunct faculty roles in Sports Medicine and Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine graduate programs. Previously, he was an adjunct instructor at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine from 2001 to 2013.

His academic credentials include a Doctor of Chiropractic from Western States Chiropractic College (1981) and a Master's degree in Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport (1986). He maintains board certification in both nutrition and orthopedics.

Dr. Gerber's research centers on micronutrient nutrition, clinical nutrition applications, botanical medicine efficacy, and evidence-based practice methodologies.
