James Gaskin

Dr. James Gaskin is an Adjunct/Clinical Professor in the Department of Design & Innovation at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University. Concurrently, he serves as a professor of information systems at Brigham Young University. His academic work bridges technology and human-centered disciplines, with extensive contributions across multiple fields.

Research interests center on augmented reality, human-computer interaction, and human-AI collaboration, reflecting interdisciplinary expertise spanning 18 disciplines. His publications include 185+ peer-reviewed works disseminated across diverse journals and conferences.

Beyond academia, Dr. Gaskin founded the educational platform StatWiki and the YouTube channel Gaskination, which hosts statistics tutorials with millions of views. He is also an active entrepreneur, co-founding eight companies in the technology sector over the past eight years.
