James Fisher

James Fisher, PhD, is the Interim Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at Pennsylvania Western University, where he previously served as a Professor of Politics and Legal Studies for over 20 years. He also held leadership roles including Chair of the Department of Political Science and Criminal Justice, Interim Dean of the College of Social Sciences and Human Services, and Associate Provost at Edinboro.
