James Dugan

James Dugan is a Penn State alumnus and part-time faculty member in the Department of Telecommunications at the Bellisario College of Communications. He has been with the college since 1996, serving as a TV Studio Lab Instructor and Lab Coordinator. His primary responsibilities include technically managing and supporting multimedia television studio production instruction. He teaches courses on field shooting, production editing, and TV broadcast studio production.

Before joining Penn State, Dugan worked in stage production, theatre administration, and as a news photographer for a local network affiliate. His expertise spans both academic and professional media environments.
