James Cade

James Cade serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Oral Diagnostic Sciences & Research at Meharry Medical College's School of Dentistry, focusing on critical intersections between oral health and systemic diseases.

His research spans Autoimmune Diseases, Cancer Biology, Dental Public Health & Community Engagement, Infectious Diseases, and Substance Abuse, with active projects investigating SARS-CoV-2's oral health implications and oral microbiota as biomarkers for pancreatic cancer.
