Dr. James Armstrong is an Associate Professor in Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering at the University of Bristol, affiliated with the Bristol Medical School (THS). His research focuses on innovative biotechnologies for controlling the assembly of complex living systems, including organoids and tissue grafts, with applications in regenerative medicine and biomedical engineering.
- Research Interests: Tissue engineering, biomaterials, ultrasound-driven cell patterning, organoid development, bioimaging, and bioprinting.
