Professor James A. Stever is a prominent scholar in public administration and political science at the University of Cincinnati. He holds a Ph.D. from Purdue University (1974) and has held roles including Department Head (1998–2003), MPA Director (1981–1988), and Graduate Director (1991–1996). His research focuses on intergovernmental management, federalism, and security policy.
