Jake Rasmussen

Jake Rasmussen is a Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, affiliated with the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences. His research focuses on low-dimensional topology, particularly Heegaard Floer homology, Khovanov homology, categorification, and their applications to knots, 3-manifolds, and 4-manifolds. He serves as managing editor for Quantum Topology and an editor for the Journal of Topology.
