Jake Aguas

Jake Aguas is a Lecturer at the George L. Argyros College of Business and Economics at Chapman University. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Human Resource Development from Regent University, an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Biola University, and a B.A. in Economics from UCLA.

His professional background includes 15 years of leadership experience at JPMorgan Chase, where he served as Human Resource Manager for Talent Acquisition in the Western United States. Currently, he works as a principal consultant for a Canadian leadership development organization, providing training across North America. His expertise spans leadership strategy, global HR management, and emotional/social intelligence.
