Jaewan Yoon is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering at Old Dominion University (ODU), affiliated with the Batten College of Engineering and Technology. He holds a Ph.D. (1993), M.S. (1990), and B.S. (1984) in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University and Dongguk University, respectively.
