Jaeho Shim is an Associate Professor at Baylor University in the Department of Health, Human Performance, and Recreation. His academic journey began with a BS from Yonsei University, followed by MS and PhD degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (U-C).
Research Focus: Dr. Shim specializes in biomechanics and motor control, with particular emphasis on the visual perception of human motion and the perception-action relationship in visual illusions. His work explores how visual illusions can enhance motor tasks like stair negotiation.
