Jae-Hyuck Park

Jae-Hyuck Park is an Assistant Professor at the MT School of Management, New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). His research focuses on sustainable grocery operations, food supply chains, and policy implications of food waste reduction. He holds a Ph.D. in Operations, Information & Technology from Stanford University (2021), alongside M.S. (2015) and dual B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from KAIST (2011).
