Dr. Jacqueline Rhoden-Trader is an Associate Professor of Criminal Justice in the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences at Coppin State University. With over 30 years of experience in policy analysis, research, and training, she specializes in systemic disparities affecting disadvantaged populations, particularly in criminology and sociology of law.
