Professor Jacqueline Barnes is an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Oxford's Department of Education and Emerita Professor of Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London. She holds honorary roles at institutions including the University of Wollongong, Australia, and the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust. Her work focuses on early intervention, parenting support, and addressing disparities in child development outcomes for disadvantaged families.
