Jacob van der Tang

Jacob van der Tang is a Researcher at the Molengraaff Institute for Private Law within the Utrecht University School of Law. His work focuses on third-party litigation financing, collective actions, and legal frameworks for judicial review. He is affiliated with the Institutions for Open Societies (IOS) research theme.
